The concert will consist of 6th, 7th, and 8th grade orchestral groups and will begin at 7:00pm.
Students need to report to the auditorium at 6:30 PM for tuning. There will be a place for cases and belongings behind the stage curtain. That is where we will be tuning. After a student is tuned they will go either to the stage or sit in assigned spots in the auditorium. We will be starting at 7:00 PM.
All students need to bring their music and instruments. The only people who do not need to bring their instruments are bass players. Students should be dressed in concert attire which is a white top with black bottoms. All clothing should be school appropriate.
This concert is considered a final test for students demonstrating skills learned during class time. Students will be graded on: attendance, behavior (audience and stage), materials, and participation. If you have any questions about the concert please feel free to e-mail or call me 558-1864.
